We recently got this printer because our very old one finally gave up the ghost. This one was easy to set up (and I'm not particularly good with that sort of thing) and so far we have been delighted with the quality of the printing . I did have trouble working out how to use the scanner but I found a very helpful Canon YouTube clip that showed me how to scan documents, which I have done successfully several times now. I am looking forward to trying out some of the other features and printing some photos. Bought this after much researching and believed I was getting a printer with 5 ink cartridges. After my Son set it up he told me it only had 2. I tried so hard to avoid a printer that had all the colours of ink in the one cartridge and still I've slipped up. But it's too late now.
