This is a great product. Amazing quality and features but Brother support team sucks! The scan was not discoverable over wifi.. I dealt with 7 different person and they had no clue .. I had to fix the issue myself ( took 10 days)

Excellent scanner: very easy to set up and extremely fast! Very compact too, so suitable for small offices and homes. Scans double sided as well as single page. With all sorts of paperwork we receive through the post these days, this scanner will definitely make our lives a lot easier.

I was up in the air about buying this machine or the Fujitsu but decided on this one because of the menu feature and that fact that you can scan to an attached USB drive without having a computer hook-up. I also think that this unit is a lot more attractive.
