This is the 5th machine I've owned over 15 years and by far the best one. I will probably stick with this brand moving forward.

I had the machine for 2 weeks already and so far is doing it's Job very well, I love this machine. For sure is for people that know how to use a semi professional espresso maker, I have my coffee shop at home and i can do all my favorite drinks saving tons of money and seal with bad coffee around...

I bought this to replace an older unit that went bad. The 1 thing the old unit had that I miss is a double boiler. That allows you to froth milk and make espresso at the same time, which is great to make drinks for lots of people. The Breville double boiler costs more than 2x.

Got as a gift and thought oh wow - this is the most incredible little machine only thing it doesn't come with is a personal barista to bring me coffee in bed every morning - easy to use and quality of espresso is excellent - after using a machine like this it is difficult to use a regular coffee...

Excellent machine for the price. It brews excellent espresso, very easy to steam milk, big water tank. The included tamper is a nice inclusion, but is too small for my hands and weights next to nothing. I bought myself a nice one that does the job very well.

Great machine. Takes a little to get used too but worth the time. Coffee is as good as any shop bought coffee and getting better.

"I have had my Infuser for several months now. I paired it with the Smart Grinder just to keep things in the family. I think that the Smart Grinder's faults certainly affect how well the Infuser works. If the grind could be adjusted better the Infuser would perform better.

Purchased this machine in December 2017. Worked nicely - made great espresso drinks and I used it daily. I descaled it monthly and cleaned it as per the manufacturers instructions.

Have used the BES840XL for more than 2 years. Have NEVER cleaned it. The secret to run an extra cycle through the steam wand, and an extra cycle through the espresso with the coffee holder off the machine EVERY time I'm finished using it. I don't use the program feature.
