I bought this when the cash back offer applied, which effectively meant I paid a really cheap price for the coffee machine AND the milk frother (which is ESSENTIAL for anyone who likes milk in their coffee. So what's not great? Well, the machine is perfect. Stylish, easy to use and efficient. But it uses Vertuo pods, which you can only get on the Nespresso site or in the Nespresso store I believe. There are no generic brand options (ie 3rd party options). You know the rows of pods you see in Coles or Woolies? Yeah, they won't work in this machine. Just be aware of that and maybe search the Nespresso website to get an idea of pod pricing too.
