Agree with the many reviews stating it fails after regular or minimal use. Mine was used about 5 or 6 times and lasted exactly 2 months and then the button failed while running so had power it off from the wall. Permanent fail. Seems like a common problem. Shame because I liked it up till then. Breville and JB Hi-Fi were both helpful in returning it thankfully.

I love it, I've gone through a few conical burr grinders that wear out quickly, get jammed and grind inconsistently. I love the simplicity of this grinder and how the cup lifts out, where I can dump it in my coffee machine or aeropress so easily. Love it!

I do have a coffee machine with built-in grinder, so I did not intend to buy this grinder to grind coffee beans. But I do find it is helpful when I use it to grind sesame and other nuts.

Product 2 stars - Company 5 Stars The grinder worked really well for the first 3 months. Then the switch stopped working. That is the the review for the product, but the review of the company is 5 STARS. They were friendly and helpful and replaced my coffee grinder promptly.
