Good breakmaker. The Adjustable Mixer Insert is supposed to collapse, but doesn't. This is their biggest distinguishing sale point, but we end up using the included plastic, non collapsible mixer head. Still, good mixer and makes good bread.

Let me start by saying this product is really big! It takes up a lot of counter space considering the size of the loaf it produces. I also used 2 recipes, and both flopped. My machine was also wobbly and unstable. I've had other bread makers in the past and they were much simpler and more elegant.

The Breville BBM800XL Custom Loaf Bread Maker is a great bread maker. I have owned several different kinds of bread makers but this is the best. It comes with both a collapsible and fixed paddle. The collapsible paddle allows the bread to cook without such a large hole in the bottom.

Billy Guyatts offered the best price of all the on-line stores. Their communication was very good and the product was delivered when promised. The unit itself is very good. It replaced a similar unit that had served us very well, with constant use, for over 5 years.

This is not as good as the last one and I still can't set the timer. Managed it only once and not again. It is also too big to fit into any cupboard and I don't like the stainless steel casing which does not match my kitchen.

I've had other bread machines that were inexpensive. The quality of the construction of this machine is obvious. I feel like it will last many years! The end results of the loaves are attractive and delicious!

My old Breville BB 400 gave up after about 20 or 30 years so I bought this as a replacement, I'm very happy with it, It bakes bread very well and has an extra large size loaf. I really like the fold down paddle that leaves a much smaller hole at the base of the bread than the old bread maker. I also tried the jam function but the jam did not set properly. I'm not sure they have the right recipe for the jam. Anyway the bread making is the main reason I bought it and that is going great.
