Battery Life is quick to finish even on low settings. Doesn't work when common obstacles come in the way. Keys going round and round in one direction.

Does the job, easy to set up on the phone and program its times. Took me a while to figure out how to open the dust bin, its simple but tricky at the same time. Thats the only down side thus far.

Machine cleans really well, however it does not map the house correctly/at all. It also worked in angled lines not straight and kept going over same area repeatedly while missing other large sections. Returned machine and invested in one with much better mapping technology.

When this mop robot works, it's pretty good. Unfortunately when it doesn't, the customer service is HORRIBLE - I sent an email asking for help, and got a reply THREE weeks later. The instructions are terrible. I nearly sent it back, but decided to give it another go and it worked well, so I've decided to keep it for now. It does not ''map'' your house but seems to find its way around, you do need to keep an eye on it though.
