Not too sure about the 20000 rating but I do get a couple of charges out of it.

Overall a good product. Only downside is too heavy and bulky to carry around .

Have had this a few weeks use it almost everyday charging my iPhone iPad and modem and have only needed to charge it 1 a week. Couldnt ask for a better product. My friend also is very happy with the one we got for her at the same time I got mine.

LEDS are hard to see, doesn't charge off standard USBC monitors. Seems to turn off intermittently when charging go pro / phone etc.
