Washes well but gets out of balance easily, then becomes very noisy as the rim of the stainless steel drum bounces around and hits the inside of the clear plastic door causing deep scratches on it and moving the machine around on the floor; the machine cannot be left unattended because you never know when this might happen. It's quite noisy on spin speeds above 800 rpm. Both these problems mean you cannot set it to operate overnight or when you're not home. The Bluetooth function is unusable as it refuses to connect to both our Android smartphones, and the filter drain hose is too short and doesn't extend far enough out to be able to drain into a container.

Generally happy with washer. Good value for money. Large range of washing cycle options but would appreciate more information on the difference between selections, e.g. if and/or when prewash or steam is used etc. Manual explains little about how each function operates. Love the time delay ability. Also find quick cycle or fast options handy. Would like to be able to add extra water or extra number of rince cycles manually from machine instead of an app only feature. Only major disappointment is that bath towels become hard and scratchy which they didn't do in old top loader. Have researched and tried everything with minimal, if any, improvement. Seems to be a problem with front loaders in general.

Bought the Beko front loader machine to replace by top loader that had seen its days out. Knew about the brand from visiting family in the UK and had used it. Considered all my options for various machines but chose the Beko due to water and energy usage ratings combined with the price making it a great deal. I havent been disappointed - it has lots of options - all which wash well. Clothes are cleaned very well, lint extraction great unlike my old machine, and can wash anything from delicates to thick clothes and bed linen. At this time I have had nil issues with it at all

Well it all started when our old washing machine decided to give up the ghost, and so the search began for a Washing Machine that will do what all families need it to do (ie bedsheets, clothes, sports gear, uniforms, towels, pretty much everything on a weekly basis, sometimes more). First real surprise of the Beko is how quiet it is, even when at full spin, it is still so quite. The results have been great, with all our washes coming out the way we need them, ie clean :-) So if you are looking for a well priced, capable washing machine, then the Beko is the way to do.

It’s quite a good machine, it does what it’s supposed to, give good results when clean, only thing I would say is, make sure you don’t leave anything loose in pockets or wash items that will leave any deposits... I had washed my floor mats on a high temp but the back of the mat had a rubber material and it suddenly broke down in the wash (maybe because it was on a high temp and high speed cycle which caused it to brake down the rubber) and this lead to a blockage of the pipes. So it was a hassle for me because it was my own fault and it’s a lesson well learnt.
