This system got my internet speeds to nearly 4X its current speed just by changing to the hardware! I am preparing for hyper fiber installs however I wanted to see if this hardware would create a difference on my current fiber plan and it sure did! From 170 Mbps to a very stable 600+ Mbps and these speeds are achieved wirelessly, nothing is hardwired to the zen unit itself, even better is that there are no longer any dead zones throughout the house (506sqm). Great performance as a Wi-Fi 6 Mesh system. Basic configuration easy to set up via bluetooth. Webgui harder to set up but necessary for other configurations. Default IP 192.168.50.1. Each unit can run as a router, wired access point or wireless node. Can run with up to 3 SSIDs plus 3 guest. - 1x 2.4 GHz + 1 Guest - 2x 5 GHz + 2 Guest Second 5 GHz bank is not available and used as a dedicated back haul for wireless access point setup. It cost's more than it should but the feature, performance and range is great.

Big boost in speed over my previous Gogle Home mesh. 4 to 5x faster in most locations in teh house. Now getting close to my Fibre speed, up to 750mbps. Great control through the app.

I have been waiting for this to be released in NZ for months... I have read mixed reviews online (Everyone agrees it is fast, but some people have issues with reliability). I have only had it running for a day, so I can't tell you how reliable it is. But the speeds and reach are very very impressive. I previously had an AMplifi HD Mesh system, which did reach over most of the house (300sqm), but the speeds on the outer parts were not that great. This XT8 is blazing fast, just about everywhere....
