Sucker lasted for a year then got dead pixels and lines going down the middle. Called customer service and setup an RMA. Sent the monitor in for repair then got it back a couple of weeks later with an email that nothing could be done and that the monitor was damaged and not covered by warranty.
I had a 144hz 1440p non g-sync monitor and upgraded to this. Going from that to 100hz g-sync, you don't notice the difference that much and the size and quality make up for the drop in fps so much. You loose 44 fps but your gpu then puts that lost use of power into running almost 4k at 100hz.

In the store I wasn't fully sold on a curved monitor, but I went with it against my mental protests. It didn't take long to get used to the curve. I'm now at the point where straight monitors look odd. I mostly use it for development (tons of room!), but gaming also looks great.
