In the world of extreme-definition monitors, the Asus PB278Q almost perfectly hits a happy medium between features and value. Extremely dense pixel count and very high resolution. Even the speakers aren't too bad. Lets you hook up HDMI and export the audio through 3.5 jack to your own speaker system. Highly recommend this monitor, even for the price.

I was using what I'm fairly sure was a 21" TN monitor before this one. I was playing games on my PS4 for a while today, and when I opened the same games with this monitor, the quality of colors and textures skyrocketed. Solid base, sleek design, and handy color settings.

As a professional photographer, I was in search of a monitor that delivered color accuracy in sRGB. This monitor as certainly met my expectations. The built in speakers are great for listening to the news. I wouldn't "rock out" with them, but they serve in an excellent utilitarian role.

I spent several weeks researching WQHD panels and eventually settled on this one. I must say I was skeptical at first due to all the reviews stating that the panel often shipped with dead/stuck pixels.

Purchased this back in 2012 and it is still working (Aug 2015) flawlessly. It does exactly what it should, excellent image quality for all purposes and I have never had a problem with it.

Bought two of these and they work perfectly. Takes some tweaking to get the colors consistent with my other apple monitors, but for the price, it's worth it.

I bought one late last year and liked it some much, I got a second one. Make sure your machine can handle the high resolutions. It includes all of the cables. All is great.
