Doesn't work with NZ door chimes

It was not clear on the website but this product only works on esisting wired door bells (not NZ). I have been unable to find a power supply that will work with it and PB tech have been absolutly no help

I purchased this thinking that it would be easy to install, even watched their video tutorials. Boy was I wrong. Most doorbells in NZ are DC and low voltage meaning I had to not only get rid of my doorbell but also get an electrician to install a new plug, and source a 24V AC adaptor. Now that it's all fixed it's working well but I'm going to have to purchase the chime separately as well!
