Very quick with new Apple chip. Super sharp graphics. Very happy with my purchase and a great price. Couldnt be happier.

This is the best MacBook Ive ever purchased! It is truly fast and smooth while editing.

Macbook is great, I bought this on sale in October but wish Id just paid full price through Apple. Had to follow up 3 times on when stock was available with each response being we dont know. I was finally able to locate one at a different store in December (emphasis on I) and the service at the Moorabbin store was even worse. Extremely rude, hung up on, calls not returned. Ive literally never left a review before for anything, but would advise anyone wanting to buy anything from The Good Guys to shop elsewhere.

Overall experience with my order was exhausting. Recommend ordering elsewhere. Product is great but waiting over 2.5months for stock just to see online another good guys store recently received the same item in stock. Requested transfer which was not completed correctly the first time although was confirmed. When order was finally out for delivery was sent to the wrong address ( not delivery address I provided and was listed on my invoice) . Finally received my product after many phone calls to follow up. Thankfully after I escalated good guys followed up with courier to approve redirection to correct address. Unless they have the item in stock where you can purchase that day I do not recommend.
