Mine was never dropped or scratched, never left on for long periods and now it doesn't work at all. I think ive charged my laptop 30 times with this overpriced paperweight. People who say they need to look after their products are talking rubbish.

I have been through 2 of these chargers already in 8 months.

I bought it today 7th of January. I know how apple has a bad reputation regarding chargers, cables, etc. They seem to rip easily. I had to buy it to be able to use my macbook pro.

Lasts for years if you treat it properly, and excellent you get a extension cord. Shame the newer MacBook Pro's got rid of the Magsafe design.
