The order was fulfilled the next working day and the batteries themelves are fully functional. The only criticism is with the instructions that came with them. They are very basic instructions that made the whole exercise of changing the batteries look a lot simpler than it really was!

This comes as a two pack. There was some confusion as to this fact. The UPS that this is used for needs two batteries, one behind the other.

I ordered the battery to replace those in my backup unit and everything is retuning good now.

Had a really good run with our APC UPS 2200 so needed replacement batteries - APC referred us to a distributor and, as a long time PBTech customer this was an obvious choice. Disappointed with how long PBTech took to fill the order (over 3 months) especially when APC had confirmed they had these batteries in stock in Auckland. Change over was simple to complete and PBTech happily took the old ones back for recycling - thank you
