Really Newegg. Please no DHL to the hills of KY. DHL hands it off to USPS in Cincinnati and then it comes by USPS mail. Stick with UPS.
Got an APC battery; Not an ABC; I had used an ABC before and, it was as good as the official APC; I just had to pay for the recycling shipment with the ABC and it was a price; Thankfully found a local nearby facility to take the brick when it needed replacing.
None; Came when it was supposed to come; Newegg being Newegg on time even with the weather.
I've had no problems taking out my old one and putting this one in!!! I noticed a big difference from using that piece of junk battery and then using this!!!
I have bought a generic battery to replace my 3 years old battery for my APC UPS, it works just fine with the unit. No more beeping sound from the UPS to remind me to change the battery. It has a better backup time than my original one.

After a very hot summer the battery in my UPS failed, probably due to overheating. This is the genuine APC replacement and although rather more expensive that "compatible" units I prefer the real article when it comes to protecting my machines. No issues with this battery so far.
On time and as advertised.
