After hurricane Sandy, the continuous power flickers and spikes (which this alone would have crashed my electronics multiple times) and ultimately loss of power I decided I really needed to get some serious protection for my valuable electronics.

This model is so much slimmer and sleek, you do not have to try and hide it. Very Classy. I like the idea that it preforms self tests with out me having to do anything.

Orders these to be a backup for my equipment at night. This alone does not last very long but with the addon battery it works much better. Extends the life more than double. Definitely recommend buying both together. Still need to do a full stress test on mine to get a good gauge.

This unit has a lot of heft but it is to be expected because of the battery. The overall plugs are enough for the 3 servers on it. The construction is solid and is relatively thin and small.

I have my computer with 400w supply, two external hdds, 24" LCD monitor, and a large (17" carriage) Epson 3880 inkjet printer plugged into the backed up outlets. As a test, I pulled the UPS plug from the wall with everything on and working and nothing skipped a beat! Happy.

This is a great product, far superior to the Tripp-lite product that was replaced by this product. I have experienced several power outages of 5+ minutes with no problems. My Trip-lite failed after the first power outage and the company refused to fix it.
