Great price from ebuyer! Some other places sell this unit almost double the price! Bought this in addition to my Belkin UPS (for my main desktop), the APC is used mainly for my Home Server.

Very high quality product. Software does give the shutdown (hibernate) options, they are just not so obvious. Just note that the non-battery-backed output is not switched on or off by the front panel switch.

Fantastic! Doing their job. Keeps my file server with 10 disks in about 26 minutes before the controlled shut down the server. Run this in conjunction with the Open Media Vault which among other things supports this UPS. Recommended! Fantastisk! Gör sitt jobb.

This is the 650VA version of the Back-ups 500, which I have been relying on for more than 6 years. I live in an area with occasional surges and power cuts so a UPS was essential and my experience of APC UPSs has been excellent up to now.
