Does the job

The USB connection to the monitor is finicky so I would definitely get the warranty. Other than that, it does the job and is lightweight and great for MS Office products/basic computing.

Easy to install, easy to set up. Very functional and carrying case makes it easy to transport and store. Great second monitor for mobile workers!

"Handy monitor at a good price"

Recommend this monitor. For portable extra monitor goodness at a good price, very worthwhile. The low resolution is not ideal, but can't complaing given the price.

Very simple, very convenient

Worked as described... Connected by USB, powered up and drivers were ready to go. No issues. No adjustments available, but none needed. Portability is a big plus.

Review of AOC e1659Fwu USB Monitor

Multiple monitor setups are great for multitasking and improving productivity . I have been using a dual monitor setup for several years and definitely prefer it over the single monitor configuration.

Portable; Plug and play once drivers are installed; Easily positioned in portrait or landscape views; Includes carrying sleeve

Washed out colors; Would not use for photo editing

AOC e1659fwu Portable USB 3.0 Display

Before we get to the review, I want to start this off with a public service announcement. The following product uses a display over USB protocol called DisplayLink. For best results, make sure you are up to date on the latest drivers from DisplayLink.com.
