I bought this elsewhere on sale, plus a coupon on top of that for the store I bought it from. I needed a second monitor that was small and easy to move around when I am done with it. This fit the price and it far more easy to unplug and put away when I am done my online lectures.

This is a light monitor that is indeed quite portable but the color is the worst of any monitor I have ever used. That said, I just need it for working and thus it still does the job. It is USB powered and comes with a cable that allows one to use it with either a USB 3.0 port or two USB 2.0.

When we reviewed the AOC E1649Fwu portable USB monitor last year it earned high marks for its color and text quality and affordable price but we thought it was a little bulky and suffered from narrow viewing angles.
