I would recommend this dongle to someone only needing a way to connect to a Bluetooth mouse/keyboard. I would NOT recommend this product to someone wanting to stream audio over Bluetooth. Plug & Play/driver setup was easy and fast. I had setup/pairing problems. The dongle worked immediately, and no setup was required after plugging it into my workstation. My Bluetooth mouse was connected to my Windows 10 workstation within a minute of plugging in the dongle. However, music audio playback to my late model Bluetooth headphones is very laggy. For anyone having trouble installing: try disabling your built in bluetooth chip in Control Panel \ Device Manager then make sure to restart PC. I was almost going to return mine, but that restart after disable got it going.

I have Windows 10. My computer doesn't recognize that the device is plugged in. I have five USB ports. I've tried all five.
