iPhone 5s Review: 6 Months with Apple's Flagship

We're halfway through a year with Apple's latest smartphone, the iPhone 5s. From getting it on day one until now, the honeymoon effect is ever-so-slightly still

IPhone 5s

This is the phone I always wanted, will probably be my last, its small, I don`t want the 6,7,8,X. This one is perfect for me.... The price was a little to much for a 5s but didn`t want to wait, did find it on Amazon a week later for $215. I paid $335

iPhone 5S Camera Review

The camera on the 5S is the best iPhone one yet, but it falls short of receiving our recommendation award. Yes, you can take great pictures, but it's still frustrating that Apple haven't allowed more manual controls over shooting.

Improved image quality; Flash has significantly improved; Can shoot at 10 fps; Superb panoramas; Wide aperture lens; Superb screen; Large number of apps available

Digital zoom produces poor quality images; Very limited control over camera settings such as ISO; white balance; Expensive; Short battery life is enough to make you cry

Review: Apple iPhone 5s vs 5c

Apple stepped out of its comfort zone when it launched the 5c alongside the 5s in September. It was the first time the company had debuted more than one smartphone at an event, putting iPhone owners in a quandary.

Apple iPhone 5s: The TechSpot Review

The oft predictable Apple mixed things up a bit this year by releasing not one, but two handsets: the iPhone 5s and the 5c. As an incremental update, the flagship 5s borrows heavily from its predecessor which in theory would encourage many to play the waiting game for one more year to see what sort...

Built upon iPhone 5's solid hardware foundation, the 5s adds next-gen processing chops and a totally usable fingerprint reader; iOS 7 brings Apple up to par with Android, and you get access to what's arguably still the better ecosystem

Not enough to warrant an upgrade for current iPhone 5 users; Android flagships are just as good as the iPhone these days

On the 10th of September Apple execs took to the stage, at the company's headquarters in Cupertino, and showed off three new things. The first was iOS 7 – a revamp of the company's mobile operating system for the iPad, iPod touch, and iPhone.

In many ways, the iPhone 5s is identical in build and appearance to the iPhone 5. It has the same sized 4-inch screen, and is identical in size, shape and weight as the iPhone 5. Because of this, the phone feels really slim and light in your hand, and has a premium feel that you just don't get with...

Apple iPhone 5s (16GB/32GB/64GB)

Although the iPhone 5s superficially appears to be a modest upgrade from last year's iPhone 5, the truth is somewhat more complicated. The typical iPhone 5 user will find little to no real reason to consider buying an iPhone 5s, as Apple this year has made the individual upgrades seemingly trivial...

An improved sequel to the iPhone 5, which was Apple's best iPhone to date; Retains the same 4" screen, LTE cellular support, and form factor, while offering three chassis color options and adding a fingerprint sensor.

Despite a larger battery; real-world battery performance too often falls below Apple's best case estimates; with potentially major problems in cellular calling talk time; and similar drain with cellular data.
