It's a good one for the amateur star gazers and for hiking. I'm using this binocular for star gazing. could see the moons of jupiter which are not visible to naked eye.

The quality of these are outstanding. A little shaky when hand held and its a little bit of a shame that they cannot be attached to a tripod. Having said that for the money they are a nice enter level pair of binos. They feel and look cheap, the quality is anything but.

Olympus binocular are very high quality binocular. I bought this few months ago, in order to watch the birds, since I am an ornithologist. The 10x magnification helps to get a clearer view of the birds.
