This is a cracking action cam. The best you can get, in fact. It's a great evolution of the firm's tried-and-tested line, featuring plenty of user-friendly extras that make capturing top quality footage a doddle.

The Hero5 Black is an excellent action cam. However, the battery life is not the best and will require you to purchase additional batteries to swap out. The picture shown for this item is inaccurate because it does not come with the "Super Suit" clear housing... this comes with just the "Frame".

The hero 5 is much better of an upgrade than the hero 4. The 5 has great audio and it is great for pictures and videos. In the video you can actual hear people talking also there are external mic ports.

I did quite a bit of researching before my purchase. Before I speak of the cons I'll say it is a great camera and the size is awesome especially since it has the ability to record 4K. I believe it is built well and overall pretty user friendly.

Best if used frequently, I can't seem to put it down. I will be using it often for many applications , flogging, vacation videos, studio recording with external sterio mic...etc... PS: also can be used for action clips/shots..e??? Hence the term, (ACTION CAMERA).
