The Bose SoundLink Micro isn't exactly the cheapest Bluetooth speaker, but its portability, good sound, and durability almost justify the price tag.

Extremely portable; Rubber finish provides a durable build; IPX7 water resistant; Big bass output

No fast charging; Weak battery life; Price for what you get

Bose is TOPS!

I totally love it. Big sound and crystal clear. I've had the soundlink color 1st generation speaker for a couple years now and that speaker is awesome as well. I wanted a smaller speaker for biking, hiking and kayaking so of course I chose the Micro soundlink.

Bose SoundLink Micro Bluetooth Speaker - Orange SOUNDLINK MICRO ORG review

The well-built and travel-friendly Bose SoundLink Micro is arguably the best sounding speaker in its tiny size class.

The Bose SoundLink Micro is a pocket-sized Bluetooth speaker that is able to play louder and produce richer and louder sound than competing micro wireless speakers; It's fully waterproof, has a built-in microphone for speakerphone calls, plus an integrated strap for clipping the speaker onto a bag...

Battery life is only average; Bigger portable speakers will deliver similar or better sound for the same money or less.

Bose SoundLink Micro review: Bose's awesome pocket speaker is more affordable than ever

A tiny Bluetooth speaker you can literally carry in your pocket sounds like a great concept, but going small -- and I mean really small -- usually means sacrificing sound quality, or more specifically bass performance. Bose's SoundLink Micro, the company's smallest and least expensive Bluetooth model yet, at $100, £100 or AU$150, aims to defy those small speaker conventions. It mostly pulls it off.

Bose SoundLink Micro review: Micro size, macro sound

Portability, durability, and functionality are salient features of the Micro, for a price.

Loops onto anything; IPX7-certified; Portable and durable; Multiconnect; Loud

Sub-par battery life; Latency issues; Sound degrades beyond 60% volume

There are Bluetooth speakers that are affordable, but don't sound great. Then there are those that sound good, but you are scared to take them outdoors. And then there is the SoundLink Micro, which Bose claims is tough enough to survive anything thrown at it, and at the same time sound great too.

Bose don't rush products out to the market, so everything they release serves a specific purpose. The Bose Soundlink Micro Bluetooth Speaker satisfies people's desire for a portable, waterproof speaker. Usually small speakers sacrifice audio quality, but the Soundlink Micro is a [...]

Bose SoundLink Micro review: Mega sound from the palm-sized portable

As small-scale Bluetooth speakers go, the Bose SoundLink Micro brings mega sound and volume from a diminutive package that has to be heard to be believed. At this £100 price point you can't expect the absolute lowest-of-the-low bass or the most pristine of quality at every turn, but it doesn't half...

Massive sound from a palm-sized design; Fully waterproof; Google Assistant/Siri/Alexa voice control; Bose Connect app to pair more than one speaker in stereo

UE Wonderboom betters it for less cash; Micro-USB port should be USB-C for faster charging times; Silicone band could be more practical; No AUX
